The Wisecracker Luggage Limited Warranty

Wisecracker Luggage takes pride in providing its customers with high quality products. If you experience any problem with your Wisecracker Luggage due to defects in workmanship or materials, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@wisecrackerdesign.com or 800-419-2984 for details about returning or replacing your luggage (at our option) at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage to your luggage caused as a result of mishandling by carriers (e.g., airlines, cruise ships, etc.) so, in such cases, please contact the carrier directly. This warranty remains in effect for the entire time you own your Wisecracker Luggage. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
